(October 2, 2023, 3:01 pm)Very responsive, recently my front window was broken. Don't know who why or how. But I contacted La glass repair and they were out the same day to do measurements and gave me a price. It took about a week for the window to get in. Once it got in they were at my house same day to install. Took about 3 hours. Their technicians explain the entire process took great care of the inside and outside of my house and the broken glass.
