I bought my first Mercedes-Benz GLC here certified pre-owned, Roberto Quiroz was very helpful and treats me friendly. He promised to fix the small scratches and dents etc., in couple of days.
The only issue I faced so far is, The car was not completely detailed when it was delivered which has lot of per hairs on floor mats, cargo, behind seats, storage bin etc., and lot of dirt underneath Cargo Tray. But the service department had my car for a week to fix some scratches, re-paint the bumpers and detail the car completely.
To my surprise when I went back after five days to pick up my car, I noticed that the car was detailed to remove pet hairs from floor carpets, storage bins but one of the issue I mentioned to clean underneath cargo tray still left dirty. I was disappointed and came home without car.
Roberto Quiroz from Sales team felt really bad for me visiting multiple times and he told me that he takes responsibility to get it done and deliver the car to my home and also reimburse my Uber rides. He is really helpful.
I am waiting today to see if the car completely cleaned in and out or do I have to go or call them again.
This is the first time I have purchased a car via text and it was amazing! The process was very simple. All I had to do was show up, test drive and sign paperwork! My sales lady Sally was so helpful! Lots of patient on the phone and keep me posted for the whole process.
