I'd like to write a review because I saw this doctor online and most of the reviews were really good. I'm having my first appointment tomorrow with them. I did have one problem with a young girl at the desk who did give me wrong information about the doctor going away getting the dates wrong.
However i did get my appointment call today the day before, not 15 min before the appointment as the other lady wrote. Also it's just like seeing a therapist for anyone else you have to write down you're times and go early. The office was correct to say go to an emergency room or she could have just called later, also not make the appointment when driving. So the person that wrote that isnt correct to blame the staff on that. I'm giving them a shot still since i was unhappy with another clinic I went to where I never even saw the physician and only saw assistants. I've stopped to going to one on Hollywood Blvd. I would say it seems desk staff can be a hit or miss at these places but it also gets busy.
