  The Best Paddling Experience in the Bay
  Great people and rental paddle boards and kayaks - perfect for beginners to learn and get comfortable on the paddle boards in the channel headed out to the open water bay - then high level paddle out to and around the islands (not for beginners) is a real adventure.   101 Surf Sports is simply the best in it's niche. Everyone there knows what they are talking about and will give you good advice. There is a genuine welcome feeling and team effort. Whenever I have gone there I have always left with something of value, be it a purchase, advice or instruction. Thank you 101!

  I love this place. 80 pct of gear shops of any kind are staffed w people who demonstrate thinly veiled disdain for customers. This place is the opposite. You can tell they’re pumped to sell you something you’re gonna love. Something perfectly suited to you. Great service, great inventory, great experience. Can’t say enough.

  Awesome business with awesome staff. Went in to just look for a potential kayak walked out fully loaded and for a great price. Super friendly non pushy sales. Best place in the bay area for paddle sports.

  Fantastic, honest service and great range of boards available. I was able to test multiple boards and paddles and had plenty of time to get a good feel for each. These folks really want you to enjoy your gear and have fun. Absolutely stellar all-round! Thanks 101!
