I rarely go the extra mile to give positive or negative reviews about any business. M Auto center west is one of the best online service I have ever come across. Excellent website, Fantastic customer care, Detailed follow up and most importantly the best rates one can get without much hassle.
Jose handled it really well throughout the 8 weeks’ time from the time or order to the day I got my car delivered. I strongly recommend everyone to use M Auto center west and do ask for Jose. He is awesome.

We used M Auto center west to sell a car, not buy a car. The best thing was how frictionless the transaction was, quick to set up on the website, easy to upload photos. Everything happened faster than the website said it would take, start to finish was four business days, could have been three but I needed the car one more day. Guy that picked up the car was professional and had all the paperwork ready. Processed quickly. While I would have loved to get more for the car, it was fairly old and M Auto center west did pay 30% more than the dealer would for a trade-in. I don't know about the buying end but if it's anything like selling, it's going to be a great experience!

Jose was amazing. We had been negotiating with the Audi Dealer here and I happened to call M Auto center west about selling our old car (Audi was going to give us nothing for our beautiful car). I didn't realize they were also new car dealers. Jose made the whole hellish experience so easy so fast. We paid way less than Audi was quoting us and he got the exact car I wanted.
