I’m a broke nursing school student so when my laptop broke I needed it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Tried to fix my damaged screen myself to save money and ended up breaking something else. James fixed it. A month later I had another issue that James fixed as well. I felt like the price was reasonable and I appreciated him explaining all the issues to me.

I brought my broken laptop to best buy to get fixed where they told me my laptop was too old and that I must buy a new one. Then I brought my laptop here and James reassured me that the problem was fixable. Now my laptop works better than it did when I brought it in. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. James was very professional and had my laptop fixed quickly.

James was timely, and prices are reasonable. I had a broken hinge on my laptop. He called back with the parts quote and labor estimate exactly when he said he would.

James offered some options and recommended that i reuse some parts and replace others. I requested all new parts and he revised his quote. Once i approved the work, he said the laptop would be ready the following day.

Every step of this process met my expectations, i was treated fairly, at a fair price, in a timely manner. Posts stating otherwise are just grumpy people.

The key... would i recommend him, and would i do business again? Absolutely yes, without any hesitation of any kind.
