Tim is one of the absolute best people to work with out there. I have ordered MLILY mattresses from him two times and they have been amazing (By far the best sleep I have ever had!). He guided me in the process flawlessly and could not have made the process any easier. The first time I worked with Tim, he was able to send the mattress out to New York City and the shipping process was very easy...he sent the mattress in a box and it was delivered to my apartment building no problem. The second time the mattress was delivered to my house in Denver...he shipped it there no problem and it arrived in just a few days, again in a box (tightly wrapped) so it was very easy to move to my bedroom.
