The strawberry croissants ( with custard) and the cream puffs are both amazing. There are zero preservatives so they're made fresh and taste fresh.

Larger than the original Cream Pan, this one had multiple tables to eat inside. Nice selection, including their specialty croissants with cream filling and strawberries. They also have 3 different kinds of cream puffs, other desserts, breads, Japanese style sandwiches, and California rolls. Had the melon matcha bread, which was a sweet bread with a slightly sweet, matcha flavored crumb topping ... yummy!

Cream Pan Bakery in Fountain Valley is a true pastry paradise, and my recent visit left me absolutely delighted. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of fresh-baked treats, and I knew I was in for something special.

I could hardly believe something could taste so divine.

While the Strawberry Cream Croissant was undoubtedly the highlight, I couldn't resist trying a few more treats. Their Melon Pan was a delightful surprise, with its crisp cookie-like crust and soft interior. The Custard Cream Puffs were equally impressive – light, creamy, and not overly sweet. Every bite left me wanting more.

The only minor downside, as with any popular bakery, is that it can get quite busy at times. However, don't let that deter you. The wait is a testament to the bakery's popularity and the scrumptious treats awaiting you.

The strawberry croissant is a delightful pastry that combines the buttery flakiness of a croissant with a sweet and tangy strawberry filling. The balance of flavors is well-executed, with the sweetness of the strawberry complementing the richness of the croissant. The croissant itself is not overly sweet, allowing the natural sweetness of the strawberries to shine. It sounds like a perfect treat for those who prefer a less sugary option.

Nice bakery that has fresh pastries and some food items such as sushi and katsu sandwiches that I will be back to try. Their strawberry croissants are their famous item and it’s pretty good! I feel like this would be great to bring for parties. It’s 6 for $12 on the dot. Came here around 11:35am on a Saturday and they had already run out of their hot dog buns which I hope to try the next time. The custard wasn’t super sweet and the strawberries were tart. Overall a good balance.
Side note: They close at 7pm but a lot of the stuff is already sold out by 5:30pm. I highly recommend coming early.
