Hamle Mediterranean Market

This is my first order from this online market and my order has not been delivered on the day promised. However, the perishable goods fortunately are still in good condition on the day they arrived. My overall experience is good.

Hamle has a great selection of Turkish goods. I live in Phoenix and order via their website fairly frequently and take advantage of their free shipping offer. I am always impressed in how meticulously the goods are packaged. All fragile items are wrapped individually with bubble wrap. All items are then put in separate plastic bags in case of damage during transit. What impressed me most in my latest order was the chocolates that I ordered arrived in an insulated bag with cold packs inside to prevent them from melting on the way. All this was for free shipping. I highly recommend them.

It is a nice store where you can find many different Turkish products. They also have an online shopping service which is also pretty good. The little refrigerator on the corner where they sell dairy products is fantastic. They have halal bacon and pastrami which are not very easy to find. Turkish Ezine cheese is tasty and a must try.

BUT, guys please put the prices on the products. I couldn’t see it on many of them. Then I promise, this review will be 5 starts :)

So happy I heard about this place. I cook a lot of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food and I can find everything I need in this market. They have Turkish bagels called SIMIT. Those are delicious!! All of the snacks are so good.
