  I hurt my knee in November and it's been a really slow process healing. I contacted Michael in February and he made time to see me as soon as possible. Checked my knee, addressed my concerns and recommended some rehab things I can do to feel better. My knee has felt better each time I have seen him and the exercises he prescribed have me feeling better each and everyday. I highly recommend seeing him for any sport related injuries.

  I made an appointment today unsure if I truly needed physical therapy for my injury so I was afraid I would be throwing money away for treatments I don't need...but Dr. Ko was completely honest in what I needed and was extremely thorough in explaining what tests he was doing and what exercises I could do to strengthen my injured area. He was very knowledgeable and definitely someone I could trust. I came out of the session feeling much more relieved about my situation and wish I went to him instead of my orthopedic surgeon.

  Excellent work. Went in with lower back pain and after a couple of treatments and some suggested exercises, I was feeling much better. I also had some neck pain and Michael worked his magic again. Highly recommend.

  I have been treated by Mike several times over the years for an array of injuries. With each injury, he has always given me professional treatment and sound advice. Whether it be the individualized treatment plan or the specific exercises designed to eliminate my injury, he provides clear guidance & support for a healthy & timely recovery.
  
  My recent injury involved a nagging calf injury which was not getting better with rest and basic stretching. As an avid runner, I was disappointed I could not get back on the road pain free. When meeting with Mike, he took the time to listen to my complaint and asked specific questions related to my problem. His questions included not only these associated with my calf injury, but also other recent injuries. It was from this discussion, he began to focus on my back as the possible root cause of my calf pain.
  
  After an hour of extensive treatment on my back, quad, and calf, I was ready for the road. The next day I went for a 45-minute run and had NO pain or flare-ups. Continuing to follow Mike’s recommended regimen of stretching and exercises, I have been running pain free for the past two months. Great job Mike!

  I have issues with chronic pain and have (literally) tried a laundry list of 'things' to ease the pain. Michael's knowledge of the related workings of body parts and his approach to Physical Therapy treatment are, by far, one of the best treatment choices I have made in 10 years. If you want to be able to live a more functional life, and feel BETTER doing it, you will not find a better PT provider. His treatment/practice will absolutely be on my list of successes to manage my pain. Thank you Michael!
