  I am writing a review regarding the Event or Meeting rooms at the Double Tree Irvine Spectrum. I rented the Vintage room for a Celebration of Life event for my Mother. Sabrina was my direct support representative and she was fantastic. Sabrina helped me every step of the way, made great suggestions, supported me and my family. The event was setup as planned, the food and service were great, the entire staff was friendly as well as very supportive. If you have an event or meeting, based on my experience, you will be pleased with the Double Tree Irvine Spectrum - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Chose the DoubleTree for mom's celebration of life ceremony for many reasons including accessibility, cost and convenience.
  Was not expecting the incredible level of service we received. Everyone there from our manager (sabrina) to every server, food prep employee, waiter/waitress, audio tech and counter person was exemplary and helped us through a very trying day.
  Perhaps they wore their Uber professional attitudes and skill sets given the nature of the uncomfortable event but my guess is that this is their consistent level of service and commitment.
  We didn't realize until the 'morning of' that there was no audio scheduled for our ceremony. Sabrina rallied and quickly found a tech who would come in on his day off to coordinate the setup.
  There was no complaining, just a commitment to removing the obstacle approach.
  This hotel is impeccably kept from top to bottom. Though it may not be their 'flagship' location it was both presented and operated as their most important.
  Can't thank the team of professionals in the spectrum Irvine hotel or the entire doubletree group enough.

  I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Plus you get the yummy famous cookie! One star deducted because was $23 for overnight self parking for guest with in and out privileges. No where on their website is that mentioned that there was any parking fee. We stayed here a couple years ago and parking was free. If you want to charge for parking that is fine but please update your website to reflect that change. We wouldn't have stayed here if we knew there was a $23 additional parking fee. But aside from that everything was great. They definitely are taking Covid precaution seriously. Yay.

  I love this hotel, the staff are nice, rooms are clean and the free chocolate chip cookies are great.
