  We met Mac Mackenzie in early December, 2021 because we were thinking of selling our condo. He spent a generous amount of time with us. He explained why it was imperative that we put our condo on the market immediately while other realtors had told us that right before the holidays was the worst time to sell. Mac's reasoning seemed logical and we decided to trust this realtor with his 35 years of experience. So we not only put the condo up for sale, but Mac listed it at a price that was way above the current value. To our pure amazement, the very first people to see the condo made us an offer that was even above his asking price!!!!!! The condo literally sold in a minute and the escrow was only 18 days. Dave Cannon, his partner, was also exceptional in assisting us with the sale. This was such a pleasant experience as it was handled very expediently and professionally. We couldn't say enough good things about the Mackenzie & Cannon Team.

  Selling your home can be incredibly stressful, but that wasn’t the case working with Dave and his team - they really took great care of us. Dave took away any worries or stress we had and went above and beyond in every aspect of helping us sell our home! From personally helping us with staging, to having a professional photographer and videographer showcase the beautiful features of our home and surrounding area - our home was listed for only 4 days with two open houses and we ended up with 6 over-asking offers! Dave helped us choose the best offer and handled all the negotiations like a pro! He responded quickly to any questions we had and was able to get us everything we asked for. He really listened to us and our needs and was always there every step of the way. He and his team are professional, responsive, and provided quality work. We will recommend them to everyone we know because they are that good! No wonder they are the best real-estate team in Orange County!

  Two words: Exceeds Expectations! We knew our property was special. All four realtors we interviewed told us so and they all predicted the same final sales price. We choose Dave and Mac because they offered us a unique marketing strategy and their aggressive selling communications process. The day we signed on the dotted line, Dave made everything so smooth we were able to focus on our day-to-day lives. Then, before we really knew what happened, Dave laid out fifteen (15) offers on our dining room table, seven (7) well above asking. The final sales price beat the predicted price by an additional +2%. By going with Dave and Mac, we put an additional five-figures (two times over) in our pocket. And the follow through continues to be, after the transaction has been said and done, outstanding. Thank you Dave and Mac!

  Before selecting the Mackenzie Cannon Team my husband and I shopped! We interviewed many realtors and narrowed it down to our top 3 before finally choosing this team. It was well worth the effort. Our decision really came down to Mac Mackenzie's understanding and unique view of the price point of our home. He didn't focus solely on the much lower comps surrounding our neighborhood; his approach was clearly different than the other realtors we interviewed. We cautiously followed our gut and went with his team. Best decision ever! The house sold in less than two weeks for full asking price which was WAY above the selling price we thought we could get. We are still pinching ourselves!
  I can be a rather 'tough customer'; I have very high expectations and low tolerance for less than excellent service. This team, collectively, did not let me down. Mac is clearly an expert in his field and was our first point of contact. He, with his unique approach, was the reason we selected this team. Isaac Dozer was in charge of marketing and our main point of contact until the offer was made. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and calming; always there to gladly help with any of our questions, concerns or requests. Then came Dave Cannon, the one who handled the sale from offer to closing. His expertise, professionalism and excellence was very comforting. We knew we were in good hands. His role was critical and his performance was A+.
