I had an urgent weekend situation - no power in our entire home. The culprit was a main breaker failure which Ali repaired for us. He was at my home within 25 minutes and not only diagnosed the issue swiftly he gave me multiple options to consider for the repair. He also offered to come and do the work the next day which was Sunday to help my family and I (trust me he would rather enjoy his Sunday). Long story short Ali not only solved my emergency failure but he will be the only electrical specialist I call. Couldn’t speak higher of Ali, his work, professionalism and of course his response time. You will not be disappointed if you hire Thunderbolt for your electrical needs.

Our puppy unfortunately ate our cabling that leads into our home. Killed the phone line, internet and cable. Ali came out same day and was very professional and reasonable.
