I have never until now been impressed with an insurance policy or an insurance agent. I signed up for renters insurance and about a month later all of my things were stolen out of my car. Matt and his team worked with me and State Farm Corporate to ensure that I got all the recovery money due to me. Without his help there is no way that I would have ever gotten what the policy owed me. I haven't been able to thank he or his amazing staff especially Rachel. I have never felt more like an agent treated me like family. I know everyone needs insurance, but I can tell you Matt has a heart of gold and he does an amazing job. We all hope we never have to use our insurance, but when we need it, it is so crucial to have an agency, a team, and an agent who truly has your back and will do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
