The owner couldn't have done more to answer all my question, took detailed photos, promptly followed up, overnighted paperwork to be here before car arrived, and suggested helpful transport options. Car arrived today in perfect condition, and thanks to his going the extra mile to get paperwork here, I got the car registered, insured and inspected same day andam driving it!

I recently purchased a low-miles, 2009 Rabbit for my son as his first car and while, yes, it is a used car with the usual wear and tear, the dealership went the extra mile and did more than $1K of maintenance to fix minor things other dealerships would just pass along to the new buyer.
The best part is that they DO NOT have tons of hidden fees like I found with nearly every other dealership we looked at. The purchase process was extremely simple and we were in and out in no time with two sets of keys.
