Tricon Residential

I called this morning for a maintenance request and it was answered promptly like within an hour the technician Albert Golden was at my front door. Now that’s what I called GREAT customer service!! Albert was kind and considerate of my needs. He asked me about the request I called in for and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Needless to say Albert was wonderful and took care of my request. I will be asking for him next time I have an issue.

I moved into my home from October of 2014, I started out on a ruff patch, but I want to truly thank Kristine and Wendy to let my home feel like a home 🏡. I could not be more grateful to get all the help I got from them to make my family feel at home. Kristine and Wendy are a great asset to Tricon American Homes. This past October make it 6 years I moved in this home and its the longest I have ever lived in a home since I moved to America 1995. I am a single father and with the help from Wendy and Kristine I feel like they are apart of my family. I thank God for the day when I become a resident of Tricon American Homes, the service I got is tremendous, when call for maintenance there is no doubt that the problem will not take care of. I would recommend this company to anyone as long has Wendy and Kristine is apart of Tricon. Jose is new to me and so far I have no problem with him because he is with the team of Kristine and Wendy. Oh I could not ask for a better team. I just want to say thanks to you guys for all that you have done for me and my family and we truly appreciate you. I lost my job due to this pandemic and i never felt for one moment that i would be homeless, because they work with me to have a save haven for me and my family. As we look forward for another year I know that it will even get better.
I just want to take this time out to acknowledge Ruby Baker, she is very people friendly, great personality on the phone. Ruby helps me from day one, but throughout this pandemic she has helped me every step of the way, save me on my rent by giving me a company that can help me. Tricon I have a great team to work with me starting from Kristine, Wendy, Ruby, Jose and his team. I am truly grateful for your help over the years.

So far everything has went smoothly, with the exception of getting in the home, the instructions could be more clear on that.
The rest of the process has went very smooth so far.
We put in an application on a home my wife just adores. It's a good location to my New Job in Galveston Texas.
The home is New Construction, though needing some cleanup it's very nice house.
We are hopeful to be moved in within the month.

I've been renting from Tricon for almost 4 years. They've been easy to reach anytime I've needed maintenance. Mark C. And Jon E. we're both out today to fix my sliding door and gate. Both were very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate that they knew what they were doing and had everything fixed properly and quickly. Tricon is very good about upkeep on their properties, and I do appreciate that they've always sent someone right away to fix things when needed.

We just got settled into our new home & couldn’t be more excited!! From the very start it’s been such an easy experience!! Move in ready!! Our leasing agent (Kim) has checked in several times letting us know she is there if we need her for absolutely anything! We also had a walk through with (Jimmy) which made us even more comfortable renting from Tricon! (Jimmy) truly made us feel at home & answered any questions we had during this process. We are very satisfied with our decision & highly recommend after our amazing experience before & after our move-in! Thank you
