I was looking for someone to help me with my father's Trust after he passed away. All valuables had already been stolen from our family home by the "step family" and I was desperate to protect the remainder of my parents estate and my siblings. It was all principle; not money. Stephen and Michelle were compassionate and empathetic of my situation. With their help, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement with the opposition. I don't know what I would have done without the two of them. I highly recommend the Sterling Law Group.

I had just lost my father by an unexpected illness and was named the trustee of his estate my emotions were fresh and discord was alive and well within the family unit left behind. The Sterling Law Group was beyond professional and understanding during this difficult time. The firm was knowledgeable, patient, organized. They took the time to explain what my role was as trustee so that I could make fair and just decisions as outlined in his trust. In our family's particular case the statute of limitations had run out to contest the trust but in lieu of events that occurred during my fathers illness the firm felt there was a good chance we/I could still contest (not to mention there was an added layer of complexity as CA and TX law needed to be considered). We did, it was a long, painful process but one that was necessary and in the end we were all able to reach a settlement fair and just for all involved.
