I went to the Repair shop after me and the Tech on the phone come to the conclusion that one of my wires was free and it was not supposed to be. He made me a repair slip and i went to the The Yuneec facility about an hour away from my home. . I signed in and before I could turn around to sit down, John came to the desk and asked If he could help me, He was always smiling and pleasant and you could tell he loved his job. He asked me what was wrong and then I gave him the repair slip. he looked it up. at first he was going to let me drop it off and pick it up another day, then he said "well lets see, if it's something simple i can fix it right now and you can be flying this weekend". My kind of thinking!! Turns out he soldered the wire back in place gave me another jumper wire free of charge and showed me where to place this wire should the same thing happen in the future. Then we went outside to test it. He fired it up gave me a few hints and taught me some do's and don't when operating it. He also gave me a little quick flight lesson as well. it worked like a charm again. I can't say enough good things about this company. at first When i bought the drone I never heard of them so i was hesitant about purchasing this product. but after the treatment I received from customers service both on the phone and in person, I wont by a drone from any other company, Hands down the best I've been treated by a company ever/ If your in the market for a drone, and you want amazing customer service, You have to go with Yuneec theres no other choice really!!!
