  If you want to be treated like you're the only patient they have and if you are tired of being treated like nothing more than an insurance claim, Look. No. Further. From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort.
  
  I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs.
  
  I CANNOT Overstate how truely happy I am with the care I have recieved from your team at Rancho Family Medical Group. Especially from my PCM Natalie Nedeau, NP. You couldn't possibly ask for a more helpful, friendly, compassionate, and genuine medical provider. I sleep soundly at night knowing that my family's health and wellness is left in the hands of people who honestly and truly care. Thank You.

  I loved going to my medical appointment with Raechel Mora! She is energetic, attentive and looks forward to formulating a healthcare plan to reach the health goals that I aspire to attain. She is a wonderful Physicians Assistant and a wonderful asset to the growth and success of Rancho Family Medical Group!

  Raechel Mora PA is the best of the best. She takes her time to listen to her patients concerns and you can really tell she cares about their health. I’ve recommended this doctors office to my family and they too love coming here as well. The staff is super friendly and the office is clean. Thank you Raechel Mora PA for taking good care of my family and I.

  This new facility is super nice, clean and fast. The staff is amazing and professional. Raechel Mora PA was attentive and is adamant about getting to the bottom on my health concern. She was also super sweet to my 4 year old daughter. This is now my new doctor's office.

  Rachael is the consummate health care provider. In addition to her professionalism she is well informed, very organized, and keeps meticulous notes on each visit so there is never any ambiguity or confusion on subsequent follow-up visits, if required. She is also very compassionate and empathetic and listens attentively and allows me time to ask any questions I may have. To date, Rachael Mora, has been the BEST health care provider I have EVER had.
