  I never thought I'd be this satisfied with a towing company! Frank is the absolute best! I was left with an overheated car 60 miles away from home and the first towing service I called cancelled on me after having me wait for over an hour in 100+ degree weather. Frank picked up my call right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate and showed up promptly! Frank is professional, communicative and attentive. He's also super fun to talk to - the 1.5 hour drive flew right by. Cannot recommend his business more!

  Excellent roadside service company on 4/4/2019.
  My driver's name was Saul.
  Update: 2/27/2020 Needed another tow. I specifically asked Roadside America to send out Towing Solutions. Right on time again. Driver was Lalo. Great person.
  Both times the driver had great customer service, conversation skills. Hooked my car up fast and got me where I needed to go quickly & safely. They both let me take some pics of my under-carriage for Ins. Co. too.

  This company is AMAZING! I needed my father toolshed moved from the top of a steep mountain, I called about 10 places and they all said " sorry we cant do that." when I called Local Towing Solutions, I was afraid for the same response, but instead of them saying "no" right away, they asked for pictures and even took the time of their day to come see the shed in person. Their receptionist was extremely friendly and set up my appointment the next morning. Frank was extremely punctual and although the job seemed risky, he thought of every possible way of to complete the job. He did it!! our tool shed was moved! Thank you so much for such an amazing job! we couldn't have done it without your patience and dedication to your job! thank you too much Frank, their receptionist and Albert

  extremely helpful. Frank has great customer service and got me a tow in 30 mins. the driver, Saul, was super nice and understanding. i didnt have my card on me so they let me call back later that day to pay back!!! super helpful! i highly recommend. also really great pricing!!!!

  I had a great experience with Frank at Towing Solutions! He answered my call (I didn't have to leave a voicemail and have a call returned), quoted the best price, showed up on time and then was able to help me temporarily fix the car so that I could drive it home, rather than have it towed. After showing me how to fix it he reduced the quote by half and only charged me for the service call. I'm a very happy customer and have saved their number in my phone for any future towing I might need!
