  Cardio Core Day was a real challenge today for me. What I appreciate about Josh and all the Trainers at BreckenFit is they push me to take my body to new limits I would NOT do by myself. It is like a Family here and the minute you walk in you are greeted by name and the trainers have a Genuine interest in helping you. I was a member of another Gym for 6-8 years and I never got past just using the Cardio Equipment. No one ever took an interest in me beyond making sure they collected my monthly dues and then it was a nightmare trying to cancel my membership. BreckenFit is just what I needed. Functional Fitness classes with directions on how to properly do each exercise in the set. The Energy Level of the Gym is Contagious making me wanting to push harder and get better. I decided to try the Free Week in January 2018 and I knew after 3 workouts this was the place for me. Give it a try your Body will Thank You.

  Awesome place to workout, friendly welcoming for any age, I love that I can take my family and workout together and feel comfortable, not your typical gym you are being challenged and trained pushed to your limits, only been going for 5 months and I can see and feel better.

  Definitely a gym I feel comfortable going to! No intimidation, no judging, you go at your own pace, you walk out feeling proud of your self, sore definitely but with full of energy. Breckenfit trainer's are always helping everyone out, definitely treat you like family. I will be signing up for a membership soon!

  This is a fantastic gym and I recommend it to anyone. I have been at the gym for 6 months and have seen a huge improvement. They offer several group classes throughout the day and have a positive vibe. They motivate you no matter if you are in shape or not.
