Fred is one of the most organized trainers Ive ever had the opportunity to work with. Fred is always on time, comes prepared with great workouts and is very motivating. I love his upbeat attitude because it allows me to feel good working out with him even on days that I don’t feel like it. If you are considering hiring a personal trainer, you should definitely hire Fred.
Fred is an Excellent Trainer and Coach. When I look for personal trainers I look for someone that can accommodate my schedule, hold me accountable, check my form, and show up for me planned and ready to train me.
Personal trainers are not cheap, so I expect to be trained by a professional who understands and listens to my goals. Fred has been exemplary in all of these areas.
He works with my schedule as early as 5am, and always shows up planned and ready to train. He always shows me how to do it first, addressing form and injury prevention and then observes to make sure I’m doing it right.
