(August 4, 2023, 5:45 pm)This has been my favorite place for almost 20 years since I went for the first time. I must say, I was a little surprised on my last trip as I noticed the quesadillas have gotten smaller than they've always been in the past. I've never minded paying a premium in the past because the portions are insane, but I see some corner cutting starting to happen and it's concerning. I hope they keep true to their roots and bring the old tortillas back. My score (and loyalty) will definitely change if this continues.

My wife introduced me to this place when we were dating and it has been my favorite (and her families) favorite Mexican place ever since. They make the food perfectly and it tastes so amazing. I've tried various places around me but nothing compares to here and we are willing to drive the hour or so to eat here. If you haven't been here, you should! (They do cook with lard, so vegetarians and vegans wouldn't find much if anything to eat here). Cannot recommend this place enough though!

(February 18, 2023, 2:02 am)The restaurant is extremely authentic on the inside and out. Your senses will be delighted when eating here. I highly recommend this joint if you are looking for a nicer sit down Mexican restaurant. If you decide to eat here, you should consider reserving a table a day prior. In the pictures below: regular burrito plate, two street taco plate. Their normal chips and salsa are incredible as well!(they have flour chips you can order for a small expense that are even better)
