(July 10, 2019, 6:44 pm)This is a small family owned shop. The staff works hard to meet their promised delivery dates and delivered 5 of 6 bikes right on time (less than 2 weeks). The 6th one was a challenge that required research. Alex and his team are willing to put in the time to learn what they don't know and, if you're willing to listen, will explain the issue and the corrective action so you can be sure it was done right. Their prices are fair and they do have good customer service.
