I came to Discount Tire for the first time this week after my tire continued to leak air after being filled multiple times.
I made a same-day appointment online which was super easy. When I arrived, they took my car back immediately and were done in less than 30 minutes. They handed me the keys and said I was good to go. I asked what was wrong and about paying. They said they found a nail, so they patched the hole, replaced the valve stem, and filled all my tires at no cost.
They were so kind and showed excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using them for future service needs.

The tires on my car have been low. I went to three service stations to fill the tires with air. The air systems were not working. It was cold and my hands were freezing! I went to Discount Tire. They have a special area for parking to have your tires checked and filled with air. The young man who waited on me was very helpful and polite. Within two minutes, he had aired up my tires and sent me on my way. There was no charge for this service! Thank you so much!!

First cold day and my tire pressure sensor is going crazy saying all four tires need air. I remembered seeing an air check station at Discount Tires. Drove straight there. Payton came out and helped me, didn't make me feel dumb and was just a really nice person. Got my tires checked and he added air as needed. I will definitely remember this business for future car needs.

Great experience, I came in with a flat tire. Carter helped me today- he explained everything in detail (in a way a could understand!) and helped figure out a solution, super friendly and professional. He was surprisingly fast, he also checked my other tires as well and told me their state (which was super helpful) and that if I had any issues to come back in. Everything was a breeze from start to finish! If I end up needing new tires- I know where to go!

Get a lot of work done here. They always do it right and work with me on any issues they have. Just had them mount 5 new tires and wheels on my jeep. I was missing a spare and they were able to help with getting something close today or exactly in a day as well. They helped me get me some lug nuts that worked with my wheels since what I had was too narrow to mount the center caps. They were able to squeeze me in before closing for trailer tires when stranded in Alabama on top of being able to quickly get tires for other trailers. Overall I have purchased 22 tires over 4 years (1 set remote the rest here) and they will continue to get my business as long as they continue to perform.

I came in for a follow up visit. The nurse was polite and took the time to hear my concerns. I recommend this business and will continue to do my follow up treatment.

The staff I met was fantastic and really friendly with answering any questions I had. Both over the phone as well as in person, Roy was very helpful. Evelyn was amazing as well! The staff never seemed impatient or discouraging with questions I had. I really appreciate friendly customer service, and I wanted to make sure I recognize that here!

Everyone is always so nice and professional. I’ve only had an issue with my Botox once in the almost 3 years of coming here and they offered a complimentary adjustment to fix the issue I was having.

They also run great specials!
