I love Putnam North Animal Hospital! The experience from beginning to end is always pleasant, the facility is very clean, and everyone is very knowledgeable. We followed Dr. Kughn here and love her, but have also seen Dr. Mason when she was unavailable and he is great as well! I know our babies are getting the best care, but also have experienced first hand that they will not talk you into spending an excess amount of money for something that is unnecessary. I live in Tuttle and will continue the drive to Putnam North because I have such confidence in them. Thank you for taking care such good care of our pups!

I met Dr Mason today. He gave me a tour of his fine establishment. I have taken a few tours of local establishments, seeking a peaceful place to board my dog. This place is spotless and the noise level is at least 50% lower, than any other place I've visited. I feel good about choosing this establishment. Not only for my dogs boarding needs, but I also made an appointment for grooming and I will be trusting Dr Mason to take good care of my dogs health, moving forward...
I will be able to relax, knowing that my dog is in very capable hands. Thank you Dr Mason and staff, for welcoming my pet and taking the time to show me around. We will see you again soon!

After a very nice follow up from the clinic updating the rating and comments
First change, no medicine visits on weekends so if your pet requires shots it can't be on a weekend with no notice that they changed this policy a year ago. They are working on getting a mass update system for changes like this. Thank you
Second. No notice as in previous years that vaccines are due. Jumped to early. Notices are sent 14 days prior. Again. Thank you
Third, my wife called in to see if our cat with what appears to be allergies needed to be brought in, response, pay $25. This is only if you don't want to come in
