When you order online for the Pizza Portal, make sure you go inside and ASK the cashier to check for your online order. DO NOT WAIT FOR YOUR NAME TO SHOW UP ON THE SCREEN. I asked after waiting for 15 minutes over my scheduled time to ask about it and they had it the whole time in the warming boxes behind the counter *face palm* Their reasoning was that there wasn't enough room in the portals (but they were mostly empty for as long as I was there). Hope this helps someone...
My kids love the Crazy Bread Combo, and the pizza with stuffed crust gets gobbled up. This isn't a high end pizza parlour, but it scratches the itch especially if you're on a tight budget. I understand with staff shortages, it takes a little longer for things to be cooked up, so you just have to be patient. We order on the app and pick it up from the lockers with the code we get. Easy peasy.
