(June 18, 2021, 10:18 pm)I’m not sure what the you me mans name was but he worked the evening 6/18/2021. He was handling the front peeping cars before they went in, he was wearing all black. I just want to commend him. I know I am meticulous about my car and he was so personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was truly the epitome of customer service. He was patient and gave me information to make a better choice for my needs next time….just found out his name is Ricky ☺️ Your excellent customer service didn’t go unnoticed! Black Jetta ✌🏾
