  My son needed alot if work done; Dr Chan was highly recommended by several people! Believe this was the smartest way to complete his treatment. He had little down time, was playing with friends that afternoon. Thank you to everyone in the office that helped us.

  I've been taking my kids to this dentist office since they were toddlers. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The front desk staff as well. They go over all treatment plans and insurance with you thoroughly. Customer service A+. The Dentists also spend time going over treatment plans with you and really include the parent(s) in every decision made throughout the process. They also do a great job working with the children and really try their best to keep them happy through everything. Of course, there are times that that could be impossible and they do great with letting the parents know the options they have. Nothing is forced or done without a decision made by the parent(s).

  Brought in my newborn for a frenectomy. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr chan is very nice and made sure i was educated before and after my sons frenectomy. Overall this was the best customer service i had ever experienced.

  I have been taking my 9 year old daughter here since her first tooth came in. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Fun, kid friendly environment. 5 Stars, highly recommended!

  Wonderful place! Friendly and caring staff, and Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and thorough. Went here for my baby's tongue tie and lip tie procedure, and although nothing can make that process easy I am really glad we went here. They made sure that my baby was healing well through several follow up visits, and they always wore gloves and had clean hands. The front desk staff is phenomenal. It is so hard to find friendly receptionist staff at so many medical and dental practices but these ladies are truly on top of it. Not to mention when I needed to ask Dr. Chan a few questions about my baby and called her office late on a Friday night, she called me back personally to talk to me... on a Friday night long after her office hours. Very sweet. Above and beyond!
