  I have had extensive and traumatic past dental procedures which led me to fail in getting needed fillings. Dr Alwan was sensitive to MY anxiety and communicated through the process of filling 2 big cavities SAVING me from unnecessary root canals! I am 46 yrs old and finally feel I have a caring, intelligent and also cost conscious dentist to call my own and for my family! ???

  Our family has been going to this practice for a very long time and we have always received exceptional customer service from the entire office- the dentists, hygienists, and front office staff. Julie, Bonnie, and Stephanie always go above and beyond to make certain that our needs are met, and are so helpful with our ever changing schedules. Even though it is a distance from our home, we would never think of going anywhere else. We have referred many family members and friends there. Thank you for all that you do!

  Dr. Alwan did a fantastic job maintaining my smile. His team is very nice and professional while keeping the office running like clockwork. In addition, the front desk is tremendous at their job!

  I highly recommend this dental practice. On every visit, Julie and Bonnie greet me with personalized attention as if we are old friends. I am always seen for my visit right away with very little wait. I never feel that they are trying to up-sell me on unnecessary services. On my most recent visit, I was having a crown replaced. As with my regular check-ups, I was seen right away and seated by Dental Assistant Mario Diaz. He was very attentive and explained every step of the procedure. Once he was set up and ready to go, Dr. Kashou came in to start the procedure. He also explained every step, made sure that I was comfortable, and started the work. The crown was able to be designed and milled in-house, which allowed me to complete this work in just one appointment. From my interaction with the front desk to the time that they cemented the crown and sent me on my way, I was very comfortable. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I left the office telling them thank you and how pleasant my visit had been.

  The staff at CITIDental are great! Going to the dentist is not my favorite task but when going to CITIDental I am confident they will do their best to make my time there comfortable. Honest, hard working and friendly staff make the visits enjoyable.
