This was my first experience with Acupuncture and Kayleen made the experience very pleasurable. She spent the time to listen and talk through my current physical aliments, helped me identify some triggers, provided suggestions, and the best part was she was never condescending about some of my life choices that have triggered my issues. Afterwards she set me up on the table and created the most relaxing experience to clear my energy flows with her needles. They were absolutely painless. At the end of the session she took the time to review how I was feeling. Best experience.

My experience at Holistic Zen Acupuncture was OUTSTANDING! Kayleen is extremely professional and knowledgeable in what she does. She took time to thoroughly review my health needs and concerns. The acupuncture itself was very comfortable. Her office setting included gentle music playing through sound cancelling headphones along with essential oils and a heat lamp on your feet to set a very relaxing atmoshpere. So much so, I almost fell asleep! She provided me with a list of suggestions that I could consider to help address my health concerns moving forward. When I met Kayleen, I cared about my health enough to be open to a holistic way of learning about my well being as a whole. She was so kind and warm, but extremely knowledgeable about women's health.
