Dr. Todd Brilliant, DDS

This is the best dental team I've ever experienced; I relocate often, so I have probably been to at least ten different dentists and this office is without a doubt the best!

They were out of network for me, but came highly recommend. After having a bad experience at a "chain" dental group, I called Dr. Brilliant's office and requested a rough estimate for the services the other practice strongly encouraged me to have. The Brilliant team had me come in for an exam and advised I didn't need all the work the other practice said I needed. They provided an estimate for the one thing they did agree with. Despite being out of network, my cost at Dr. Brilliant's office was going to be less than what I was quoted for the in-network provider who had added a lot of unnecessary fees.

On top of this being a good financial decision, everyone you interact with on this team is WONDERFUL. Dr. Brilliant, the hygienists (who have a gentle touch), the assistants and the front office team - all absolutely wonderful! Not only did Joey in the front office go above and beyond with my insurance, she seemed genuinely happy to do so.

I highly recommend Brilliant Dental! Dr. Todd Brilliant and his staff went over and above to treat my grandmother, who is in her 90s. Dr. Brilliant has an incredible bedside manner, and helped make difficult decisions easier for us when it came to extracting teeth. He personally helped with getting grandmother’s bridge adjusted. Brilliant Dental’s service, expertise, and caring team made the drive to Escondido well worth it.

Saw Dr. Brilliant for an urgent broken tooth for the first time based upon a good friend's recommendation. The visit was pleasant and efficient. I felt like I was a long time patient. Staff and service is marvelous and I would recommend Dr. Brilliant to anyone without hesitation for dental care.

Going to the dentist is typically not something that anybody looks forward to. However, visiting Dr. Brilliant and his wonderful team is definitely as good as it gets.You'll be welcomed by a calming water fountain and kind front office staff, relieving you of any concerns you might have. Dr. Brilliant himself is a wonderful dentist with a caring personality, great sense of humor, and excellent skills. My dental hygienist Maureen is absolutely the best with her gentle manners - no hard scraping to get my plaque off. I have been a client here for 10+ years, originally cared for by Dr. Holtz until he retired and transferred the practice to Dr. Brilliant. His main concern was to find somebody who would uphold his high standards, and he found a very worthy successor in Dr. Brilliant. I will be a client here forever, and you should not hesitate to ask for a consultation if you want to experience the best there is in dentistry.
