(October 21, 2018, 5:01 am)What a wonderful gem in IB. This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere is calming, relaxing and peaceful. I feel so comfortable going to class. Everyone is so nice and they don't judge you. The teachers are great, location is perfect and each class is different, but you get all the benefits, and come out of class feeling renewed and awakened.

Schedule shows Shawna offers Meditation or Yoga every day of the week at 9AM.
Sun Tues Thurs there is Reiki.
Sun through Thurs at 7PM meetings, the activity rotates
