  This studio is amazing! It’s literally become my happy place, specially during this rough year of dealing with Covid 19. To be able to have a place to go and continue my yoga practice during the virus in a studio I feel not only safe but sanitary is huge for me! Just to name a few things I noticed that they have in place is medical grade hand sanitizing stations available through out the studio, they provide hot towels with essential oils to wipe ur feet before entering a class, temperature checks upon entering the studio, 6 feet distance marks throughout the studio, and I noticing that the staff is very knowledgeable of the procedures and is continuing to keep those in place daily. Also I love the variety of classes, workshops and just availability within the studio, it’s truly a great resource for me have, and keep me balanced during all this virus craziness. I highly recommend Tranquil Earth yoga studio to anyone and everyone I know. Come take some classes, and check it out, promise you will not be disappointed!

  Tranquil Earth opened my mind and heart to the incredible healing power of yoga. Having never done yoga before and keeping a distance because I was intimidated, Crys and her amazing team made me feel comfortable, capable and confident. I am so happy to be starting my journey here. I highly recommend Tranquil Earth to any yogi, experienced or not. After three months, I feel stronger and more at peace with myself. This place will transform you.

  Great studio with smaller classes. I am a beginner and always felt out of place in the larger classes. The teachers at Tranquil Earth are kind and help all levels. I love the learning new poses and feel relaxed and comfortable during each class.

  Amazing new studio in La Mesa!!!! I am so glad to have happened upon Tranquil Earth Yoga. I have tried several class and none have disappointed! If you are looking for something new to try, look no further! The studio is clean and inviting and the instructors make you feel welcome and encouraged throughout class. I will definitely be back often!

  Great energy, super instructors and very warm and inviting studio. Lots of good vibes, and don't forget to have some tea! I always feel so gooood walking back into the world after a session at Tranquil Earth! You've got to try all the classes to find the perfect fit. Two big rooms and aerial yoga, yoga for all types of people and moods, and i even saw a massage table (i will have to go back and try that). This is a great part of San Diego, check it out. Beautiful, charming reflection of the La Mesa community
