(February 17, 2018, 6:55 pm)The thing that impressed me first was that when I called, Rick the owner asked me my name. From that moment on it became a very good customer/business relationship. I knew what needed to be repaired and Rick explained how they would go about it and why they take the steps that they do. The second thing that impressed me was that they do a tremendous amount of business vehicle and fleet work. That means that they have to do it in a timely manner and it has to be done right. They also look at your vehicle in the long term. Not only what it needs right now but what to look for in the future. And finally, when I picked it up Rick explained exactly what was done. And I found the prices extremely fair. I recommend Valley Truck and Auto highly. A very positive experience.
