(February 5, 2019, 11:56 pm)Stumbled upon this last minute, attending a Tuesday night Yoga Nidra class with Michelle and was blown away. Beautiful space, even better energy, and phenomenal guided meditation yoga nidra class. Absolutely worth a try! They were very friendly I felt very welcomed.

(February 5, 2019, 5:01 pm)Out of towner, stopped in today for the 12-1 Restorative class with Melissa and it was exactly what I needed after a couple of days walking around San Diego. Melissa created a very relaxing and restorative class and her Reiki was much appreciated. The studio is bright, clean and inspires calm.

(October 17, 2018, 2:59 pm)Sojourn is my favorite yoga studio. The space is beautiful, bright, clean and calming. All of the instructors are fantastic and so nice. I love the variety of classes and workshops offered and appreciate that the room for yoga classes is normal temperature. I cannot handle hot/ heated yoga and it is hard to find studios that don't blast the heat. Everything about Sojourn is so so wonderful. I'm so happy this studio exists, thank you!
