My elderly friend is in rehab at UCC. UCC has a marvelous staff of social workers, especially Parker. Parker is energetic, patient, knowledgeable, professional and most of all. . . . extremely caring for my friend. She is helping us to navigate the myriad of post rehab discharge options for him & has been SPOT ON! Thank you Parker & the team of UCC social workers!! Jeff and Louise Smith

What an amazing experience was to stay at University care center. I was treated like family & love all the staff, nurses & physical therapy, Specially Tina & Christian also Jonh & Eric from therapy. I was so happy & made very good friends. The food was awesome & even enjoy eating new foods I had never had before. I am very grateful for the care that my grandmother received at University Care Center. The director, Ethan, went above and beyond and did everything in his capacity to ensure my grandmother was well cared for. The LVNs and CNAs are absolutely amazing and do their every best to provide the highest level of care for each patient. They treated my grandmother as if she was one of their family memebrs. They were always kind to me and supported me in caring for my grandmother until the very end of her life. I don't really care for Dr. Elaine Gertser, one of the affiliated doctors. In order to avoid any miscommunications or lack of proper treatment from this doctor any doctor for that matter, I recommend advocating for your loved ones in any medical situation as it is always a team effort. The staff at UCC were an integral part of this team. I would recommend UCC to anyone in need of convalescence or high level, skilled care. Oh, and they prepare very good food as well as provide fantastic social activites and events for their residents. Everyone here really loves what they do and cares for each and every resident.

My Mother-in-law, Ellen Brown, was a resident at this care facility her final months of life requiring direct medical care & support. The staff provided exceptional loving care and bonding with her as extended family. The most outstanding employee with this care faclity was Lafayette Busby. He was an Angel on Earth that made everyones life he touched better. We all loved and appreciated his special bond, as he kept an eye on her, always keeping her uplifted, laughing a lot knowing she was special to him. As a matter of fact we had a wonderful celebration for her 101years old Happy Birthday Party. Balloons Presents, Good Food, Family, Friends & All Staff & Patients... She had a Wonderful 101 Year Happy Birthday Celebration.
