We had interviewed a number of agents and Kevin's experience and knowledge of the market impressed us. Then after using his services we were blown away. He was always available and returned calls. We needed to get the house ready as we had lived there for 25 years. He had contractors available not only at reasonable rates but also who provided high quality services. Kevin knew exactly what we needed to have done to the house to prepare it for sale and more importantly what we did not need to do. Our house sold in 4 days with multiple offers above list. I bought my first house from Kevin Sheedy and I could not be more pleased with his service. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. When showing me homes he was even more critical of the properties than me. If he did not like something about a house or location, he would say so. That made me trust him right away. We found the perfect house and he helped me win the house when there were 8 offers on the property. His reputation caused the other agent to take my offer since she had done business with Kevin in the past. He stays in constant contact throughout the deal as well. I have referred 2 friends to him already and one has already bought and thought Kevin was great also. Don't buy or sell a home without Kevin.
We used Kevin's services and were surprised by his attention to detail and his professionalism. His advice was accurate on everything. We got a great price and he watched out for us as if our home was his own. He even crawled under our house to check a foundation issue the buyer made a big deal of and came up with a fix which was reasonable and saved the deal. I doubt you can find many agents who would do that. His knowledge of construction was extensive and helped closed the deal without costing us nearly what we first thought when the buyers agent first send their repair request over. I had my son use Kevin for his first house and that went great too. We will use Kevin in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him any chance we get.
