    Some parts of the trail are very rocky but otherwise the trails are in good shape.

    Nice trail to run ???? I try to run from from the West parking lot to the waterfalls and it's 5 miles.

    it's a beautiful place, but I wouldn't go when it's hot, because not a lot of shade there. Some ups and downs, not a stroll, and a little cute waterfall in a rainy season is very nice. Crowded on weekends.

    A little bit of everything for an urban retreat. Great mountain biking with varying type trails and a nice place for a hike. You can make it what you want.

    Nice, easy, relatively flat hike. Lots of bikers and runners. We got to the waterfall (9/3/18). Watch out no cell signal when you get further in. Not much shade, and can be as long as you want. It loops you just have to pay attention to the signs. Stepped across the waterfall area, climbed up the trail, and hiked back. There are many opportunities for crossing over to the original path.
