Dr. Kelly takes time to listen and professionally explains medical situation with solutions. She cares about her patients, she is very efficient but unhurried. It’s too bad she is no longer my Primary Care Manager due to location change.
I agree, very knowledgeable and personable. Instantly diagnosed an issue I've been having for months; I followed protocol and BAM! symptoms reduced by 90% to date...I was seen 3 weeks ago as a first time patient. Dr. Kelley spent extra time to hear my concerns; I felt like she listened and I didn't feel like I was being diagnosed by an IPad. So far I'm very pleased with Kaiser overall versus Sharp which I had before. Kaiser's organizational structure is better to me; more options with appointments; easy scheduling, one place with all information...etc
