We had a really good experience with CQ floors. Justin was very informative. They have a wide selection and Justin helped us choose the right hardwood flooring for the stairs in our house. Dennis followed up with our order and made sure that we had the material in time. When we had to make some last minute additions to our order, he expedited the order even though it was holiday period. Overall every one was very responsive, communicated well and gave good customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Justin and Nicole and the service they provide. They are professional, communicative and offer more than fair pricing. The installer was wonderful too and the whole process just went so smoothly. Not to mention the carpet looks amazing. We could not be happier!
