Premium Roof Services redid my 30 year old roof a year ago when I installed solar. Everything was seamless from start to finish. The price was fair, communication excellent and quality of work was also excellent. I felt the need to leave a follow up review after recent heavy rainfall to say that everything is holding up perfectly. Nice and dry inside. I‘m so glad I chose them and highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs

I would highly recommend Premium Roofing Services. Ramiro was very thorough in his roof estimate. Premium Roofing worked on my 1920's historic home that had been leaking for years. I've had no problems in 3 years and rehired them to work on a separate portion of the roof.

Gaston did the roof inspection and he gave us a detailed description of work to be done. He answered all of our questions professionally, skillfully and unhurriedly, Gaston informed us that the front fascia is the only one that need to be replaced because the rest of the fascia are still good. But my husband wanted to have the fascia at the back to be replaced as well. Gaston was just thinking on how to lower our expenses.. it’s so considerate of him!
Gaston & Jose had an open communication with us. They are both very nice, courteous and easy to talk to.
Once the existing Shingles were removed, Jose was quick to let us know that there were extra woods to be replaced & how much it costs, for our approval.
The job was started on time and was finished quickly..within two days.

Premium Roof Svcs came highly recommended from a trusted family member who has used them a few times on his properties in the past. Their estimate wasn't the lowest of the 3 that I received but it was what I consider fair. From roof tear off day to completion was a total of 3 consecutive days which included roofing main house and 2 additional flat roofs (garage, fam rm). Their work crew were both professional and conscientious, began their work day on time and kept my property clean both during the install and at job completion. My roof looks great and I am pleased with their performance.
