  I was prepared with my order & cash before going in. The owner has a loud voice but he was just making sure I understood the pricing & the ordering procedures. I’m sure he has been taken advantage of or lost business in the past so he makes it a point to have you pay before he cooks. Not a problem with me! I was patient & understanding, and after I paid he seemed very happy. I waited for my order in my car & it was ready at the exact time he predicted. He even gave me a huge SMILE as I picked up my food. The lumpia & pancit were SO good! I love the lumpia sauce as well! I will definitely return!! Respect others & their specialty - seems simple enough to me!

  I wouldn't listen to the bad reviews, this place is authentic and straight to the point and make great lumpia. If your complaint is customer service skills then you missed the point, I highly recommend them

  Great Lumpia's, both the owners were exceptional people and members of the community. Very personable and informative. Remember they are cash only so be prepared and don't get in a tiff if you show up with a card.

I love Leocynn' Lumpia and the sauce is to die for. It is a small business and the wait time may be a little longer than most places. The Lumpia is always fresh and it is home made. If the owner would be a little more friendly and smile then the customewr service would also be as great.
