  Dr. Randall and the whole crew are amazing! Came in with back pain and became a more relaxed, healthy client for life. Have used their nutrition and massage services (both great!) and am a regular chiro patient.

  I always am 100% satisfied with my experience at Embrace. I play semi-professional rugby and James is the best when it comes to sports massage. He's very good at helping you identify the source of whatever problems you are having, and then helping work to get rid of it. He's also just an all-around great guy. His schedule is limited but it's worth the wait for sure.

  I've been dealing with an undiagnosed condition for 6 months and am in horrible pain. Western medicine has conducted over 40 blood tests, MRIs, CT scans and found nothing.
  
  I live in Redwood City, which means over an hour commute to go to appointments, but I would drive any distance just to receive the superior care of Embrace Health. I really trust them.
  
  Since seeing Dr. James, with each massage and chiropractic adjustment, I am improving (pain is subsiding). And I so appreciate the concern Dr. James has for my symptoms and needs. She listens, shares observations and recommendations on how to improve my health and reduce my pain through diet, exercise and gentle stretching. I have also seen Dr. Randall who is equally as wonderful with comforting, communicating, and treating my needs.
  
  I honestly believe I would be bed ridden with out the help of Embrace Health. Cannot express enough my appreciation.

  I recently had the opportunity to meet with Amy and talk to her about her services. She has a very strong grasp on her business, and did a great job in showing me the correct items to use, and how they will work together. I am always guessing as to what ingredients will work well together to form a healthy and nutritious meal. She went over many options and told me about the benefits to each one. I recently purchased a VitaMix blender, and she gave me some great advice on how to use, and good recipes. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get onto a healthier lifestyle. She has a variety of programs.

  Best Chiro I have ever been to. Been to many, and this is the best experience going to one, and the best care I have received. They are way more than just hearing a pop. They have nutrition, stress relief, etc. I would highly suggest them. I have been going here for about three months now for chronic pain, and I have actually been able to go less because they are really healing me. Professional and accountable staff, as well as friendly. Plus they could take my insurance!
