Tracy DMV

I have been going to Tracy DMV for our registration and ID needs the past few years. Every time I go I have encountered some of the nicest staff there, which is not typical of other DMVs I'd been to, not even in my city. I'm just thankful for the workers here who make out visit simple and easy. No attitude. Just pleasant while soing their job! I asked the two staff by my window why they're nice. He said, that's because we drink! 🤣🤣 Tracy DMV, you set the bar for DMV customer service. I'm sure I'm not the only one thankful for how you do things in this location! Thank you! We appreciate you!

In the 45 years that I have been dealing with DMV across the United States, my experience on 9/26/23 was the fastest and most simplest experience I ever had. Appointment was scheduled for 10:10 am. I arrived at 9:50 and was called right away. My appointment was completed before the scheduled time of my appointment.

Great customer service and great behavior, one of the front desk staff member forgot to put the correct number on my application when she was doing computer work it took 2 months to get my ID I will mention her name next time when I visit next time, please have the supervisors to check each application before processing it. I give 4 stars because of her knowledge. Thanks

Pleasantly surprised with the speed of service, courtesy and friendly staff. I was there to renew my license, remove a vision restriction and get the 'real ID' logo. As a 76 year old, I had to pass a vision test and a 25 question written test.
I did have an appointment but I was impressed that the entire process got me in and out in 25 minutes. DMV takes a lot of criticism but this was an efficient and pleasant experience. Kudos to the Tracy DMV staff.

**first time attendee*** I went to te take my written exam twice. The first time was smooth and easy, the person helping me was nice and overall a good experience. I wasn't there waiting for too long to be my turn, I did make an appointment online, but honestly that doesn't matter. At the entrance the ladies ask what your there for. They give you a number and you wait to be called. Unfortunately I didn't pass my first time. But the 2nd time I did, and my experience was just as the first time. Easy and everyone I interacted with, was pleasant and kind. I've been to 2 other city dmv and this one has to be the best one so far.
