I don’t post written reviews unless the service is top notched or bottom! Tracy at Kitchen Inspiration is the best person you can ask for in a renovation project. She is knowledgeable, happy to help in any way she can. I got Sollera cabinets from her only, and she gave many other advices! Ordering cabinets from her is also seamless and quick. I didn’t have to go back and forth with her and contractor. She knows exactly what to do with crown molding etc. I went to another store later on to order some linen cabinets (due to a shorter promised lead time than at Tracy’s) and could see that Tracy is much better! Hands down the best service we get so far. We are waiting for cabinets to come, and will update if there is any other useful info.

Update: the cabinet comes. It is beautiful. Tracy helped us with so many things so it was a smooth process. Then Jeff at Kitchen Inspiration also helped us install the appliances for the cabinet. Seriously the best team you can ask for!

We had an excellent experience with Kitchen Inspiration. Our designer, Candy, listened carefully to our needs, and developed a remodeling plan that provided the space and flow that we were seeking. Tracy, the lead designer and project manager, provided many suggestions on materials and vendors. She also provided timely and accurate communications from start to finish during the project. The construction foreman, Jeff, and his crew are all craftsmen with great attention to detail. Plus, if you have to share your house with a construction team for a couple of months, these are the folks that you want: polite, professional and tidy.

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending the whole spectrum of services provided by Kitchen Inspiration in remodeling our kitchen, and assisting in the remodeling of our guest bathroom. Our prime designer, Luciana Sequeira, was very creative in designing a new kitchen and dining area for our Palo Alto townhouse that optimized the available space in a much better way than we could have imagined on our own. In addition, although the scope of remodeling of our guest bathroom primarily involved the cabinetry, her suggestion for installing a barn door for this fairly small space is a good example of a simple recommendation that had a big impact. As remodeling novices, my wife and I truly "didn't know what we didn't know."

Tracy Jiang's design and construction experience was also an invaluable resource, and complemented the primary role played by Luciana very effectively. Both Tracy and Luciana were always very timely in responding to any follow up questions we had, and whether the communication involved in-person meetings, emails, phone calls and text messages, my wife and I were made to feel that our business was appreciated and that our satisfaction with their services was very important to them.

Our thanks and appreciation also go to Jeff Lee. Although he wasn't involved in the construction phase of our project, Jeff was very willing and skilled in assisting with some post-implementation adjustments of the kitchen and kitchen Island cabinetry.

It took a year to finish our house remodeling but I must say that it was a great pleasure working with Tracy! I had the kitchen cabinets, 2 and half bathroom cabinets, Laundry room cabinets, Entry/ window seat cabinets and the countertops. Tracy is truly professional and very responsive to emails or any kinds of communication. She suggested several other options to try to meet our budget. You can totally feel that she does care about the customer's project! When we installed the Kitchen cabinets, we happened to be abroad for vacation but Tracy visited our jobsite twice to help our contractor making sure that everything is installed in the right way. I am happy with the quality of products and they look gorgeous! I also get a lot of compliments from the guests. I highly recommend Tracy to everyone who is considering any kinds of house remodeling!

Phenomenal service, quality, and value. Tracy went above and beyond in guiding us through our full kitchen remodel - from the design of cabinets and countertops to working with our contractor onsite to make sure the install was done properly. Great communication and customer service throughout. The value/quality of the Solera cabinets is amazing, compared to the numerous other options we shopped and priced. Highly recommended.
