I gave Thera Care the highest rate. The Care Managers, office staffs are very professional, courteous, friendly to talk to. I’m satisfied with how they approach us, caregivers & the salary too.They value not only their clients but their carepros as well. From day 1 the Care Manager endorsed a client, they personally follow up the progress/concerns of the client which makes it easier for caregiver to work, to care.
With this pandemic condition, TheraCare case manager see to it that we have thermometer, enough & complete PPE everyday. They gave us online training about proper use of PPE & what to do to protect our clients and ourselves as well, with this covid 19.
I would recommend Thera Care to caregivers & clients too.

It's been 6 years and counting i been working for this company. the longest company i ever been with. The owner Greg McCarthy with the big heart who will treat his employee with dignity and respect like family. One of the reason why i highly recommend this agency other than the pass agency/facility that I've worked for. Fair rate, very flexible with schedule/time (I'm a single mom they been working for my schedule) easy to ask vacay, and they will train the caregiver's with pay for hour or so to learn the routine of each client which other agency won't pay u for that.
