A Direct Cremation

After my brother’s unexpected passing, ADC was a tremendous help to us. Kellie and Danielle were sympathetic and caring. Not every detail went 100% smoothly, but they made sure everything was perfect in the end. So grateful.

I am writing this review for two reasons. The first reason is to acknowledge how happy I am with the service ADC provided to my Aunt. The day she passed I had no idea what to do. I called several places and wasn’t impressed by the conversations I had. Finally, I came across A Direct Cremation. I asked a few questions and was sold on their response. They coordinated pick-up of my Aunt from her home with in three hours of the call. My Funeral Director was Haley Love. She was able to answer every question I had and complete the necessary paperwork in less than 15-minutes. The price was perfect and my Aunt arrived on my doorstep within the timeframe she quoted me. This process was quick and painless. I hope to never need them again…but if do, I will go back to them! Haley my sincerest gratitude to you and your company.

The second reason I decide to leave a review was the reviews I read online prior to receiving my Aunt. The reviews I read caused a lot of anxiety. They made me doubt my decision -albeit briefly. Sometimes, things happen to the best of us. Addressing the situation with the company before writing such awful reviews might help us to prevail over the issue. I had no idea what to do with my Aunt and had I read those reviews I would not have used their services. We must remember that only those persons who are without sin can throw stones. This company worked for me and I am sure that it will work for you. God bless.
