I’ve known Genny Altwer for many years and I would highly recommend her as a therapist. As an ex-police officer, she brings a unique combination of gentleness and strength- basically, you know she always has your back! She can also help you identify patterns you may not notice. She's empathetic and a fantastic listener. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

An amazing experience for which Joelle and her team are the cause. Joelle is a dedicated, immensely-qualified, and compassionate therapist with an incredible depth of knowledge and seemingly limitless patience and understanding. Her interpersonal manner is honest and no-nonsense, while the business's administrative management is top notch. Whether it was scheduling, billing, or late notice changes, the front office was incredibly flexible and did such a wonderful job. In every single interaction, Joelle and her team were professional, driven, and exceedingly polite. Highly, highly recommend.

Joell was very quick to respond back to me on setting up a session and answered all my questions and concerns. Also Massiel was very accommodating and addressed all my concerns and therapeutic goals. Great place highly recommend it!

I am active duty military. Joelle has been absolutely amazing in helping myself and others that I know. She has always been there to help when I need it. One thing she does is that she isn't shy about letting me know if I am just being too sensitive, that I need to pull up my boots and ruck on!
