As a transwoman, I’ve always worried about whether or not I would be respected or treated kindly in my consultations with various doctors. I have gone to a number of consultations with a large variety of doctors and so many have made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. With Dr. Satterwhite not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities to help me in deciding and guiding me towards the procedures I wanted. He was sure to provide me with all of my possible options for my upcoming SRS and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and patiently. I would highly recommend working with Dr. Sattterwhite and am excited to be working with him.
Dr. Satterwhite (Dr. Crane's partner) did my surgery, and I was so incredibly comfortable around him. The surgery center was great, the nurses were amazing, and I was relaxed Dr. Satterwhite (and Dr. Crane) don't use drains, so I'm not emptying them or watching out for getting tubes caught on anything.
